House of Tong is conveniently located on the 2nd floor of North Ryde RSL Club with over 500 free parking spaces. Our Executive Chef Lau earns the reputation that is built around quality food and over 40 years of experience. He believes that treating food with passion and persistence, meticulously refining them to create a dish that offers a feast of feelings and memories as well as flavour, Chef Lau handpicks all the quality in-season ingredients and hand selects daily caught fish and shellfish each morning from premium suppliers. Together with his team, he expends efforts to create unique dishes with a twist and to ensure each dish upholds the traditions of millennia-old Cantonese cuisine.
House of Tong presents an outstanding menu using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.
